Assuming (hate that word) it's tint and not paint removing it should be easy. You'll need a spray bottle (soap/water) and a razor blade. Go to the lowest bottom edge and pick at the tint until you can lift a small area, spray and carefully lift the tint. Spray bottle is your friend, it should remove the adhesive making the tint easy to peel off! Hope this works for ya...Gary

you can also try using a heat gun to help lift the adhesive.

If it's not tint and its painted, you can sand the paint off using 320 grit to get most of it off the switch over to either 4-600 grit and have them re cleared

If it is painted a professional should be tasked for this. Too much sanding results in permalines and clear coating is an important step that requires perfection.

Heat gun is recommended for vinyl tint covers !

If its paint... There are many things you can do... But most MAY result in hazing the headlights... IF you dont know what your doing on a headlight restoration/removing tint... and are not comfortable with sandpaper near headlights then take it to a shop...

Judging on the picture it looks like tint. Go to the corners of the lights (easiest one to peal is the top one) reason its pointed... With that you can peal it. Soapy water is your friend. Some use alcohol and water as rubbing alcohol will kill the adhesion

if its tint you can use a steamer, it heats up the adhesive and moist the film to come out in one piece.
if its paint you can try nail polish remover

good luck
