To the people who just bought a used G35 Coupe

Can I ask how much you paid and what car you got (year, milage, auto vs 6mt, options) if possible?

I'm selling my car and wanted to see if I should go to carmax and get their offer and sell privately.

Thanks,

Maz

2004, bought in August this year, private sale owner was insisting on 24K. I actually got it for 23K as I noticed a blemish on the rear bumper. I knew I'd factor that in as I had that rear bumper repainted almost immediately. I got a hell of a deal as my guy wanted to sell that day, he already bought a new BMW.

My car had 5AT, Bose/Sunroof/Heated Leather/Premium Wheel Package. Brand new tires, rotors and pads. The car was adult owned and driven. In other words this car was not torn up and hot roded. The car had no mods.

Do a search on autotrader, cars.com, carmax...etc for similar models in your region and go from there. Ask for a little higher than you can settle for because the first thing a buyer is going to do is lowball you. Also, for example, if you want $30k, ask for $29,995, it's a psychological thing.

For my advice you should sell me your spacer....cheaply! Good luck with selling the car.

Not sure but http://www.kbb.com/ had a matrix where you can plug in miles, year, make and options and then it would spit out a price. I have not used it in a while but think it's still on that site.
