Nitrous is the easy way out. Plus, I don't like the extra heat and wear on the engine that comes with nitrous. There is just something about doing a build that is all motor. I am trying to see how far I can get before moving to the internals and FI.

if u do nitrous the right way its not the easy way out, i have my 97 i30 running 12.9's on a stock motor and automatic trans with only a valve body on a 150 dual stage nitrous system. its by far an easy way out. u have the daily driver reliability of the car and when u wanna get sick with it u just flip a switch.

agile_G,

I recommend you spend a little more time on our tech forums and do a little more research. The questions you have asked have been covered many times over and over.

Also, lurk over the my350z.com technical forum as they have tons of useful information.

Goodluck.

PS. You will never hit 300 RWHP on a dynojet with NA mods.

.

Gettin beat up bad man... I suggest you just read a lot more and quietly go about your project. When you get to the 290whp mark and have run out of options let us know. We'll help you biuld from there...

What is your estimate on whp for an 06 6MT w/ mrev2, 1/2" iso thermal spacer, headers, hfc's, 2.5" cat back exhaust, pop charger intake, z-tube, unichip, and tuned for max hp.

the mrev2 and spacer is quoting 20whp by themselves. that should put me around 260whp. i would think that the other mods would total up to more than 5whp more.

MREV2 pulls the whole power band by 20whp.
but it only gains 2~3whp at top.

Plus you should know power mod is not just 1+1=2.
