The MREV2 will still give you some gains with a tune, whether or not its worth it, I don't know. I'm sure the guys at Forged would know more about it.

But either way a tune will definitely make you fall in love with your car all over again. Do it.

im thinkin about this and a window tint. ive got about 1500 saved up but i dont want to spend all of that right now.
what else?

what i have:
intake
coils
plenum spacer
hfc
exhaust
wheels
sound system
brakes
front/rear camber kits
grounding kit

OH i was thinking about a new bumper but after my new paint job i had clearbra put on so im not about to pay for that again
get some sway bars and a GT SPEC front and rear lower tie bar. front strut bar is nice too. you can get the tie braces used and sways to save some money. you can also get it powdercoated so its new again.

Sways and front strut bar would be what I'd go for.... if u dont want to spend all your money, they make corners feel alot more comfortable.

If u really want to get all from your bolt ons, get the osiris reflash and dyno tune... it costs some $$$ but its worth it. I just got mine done, and i have a spacer, intake, zube, hfc and exhaust and I gained 18hp at the wheels

Only if you leave them on!

But seriously it depends on what the mods are... They may not "hurt" resale vale but they certainly won't increase it. That's why you get the big part outs in the classifieds section when people sell their cars

Best Mods for Low End Torque + MREV/Spacer question

I have a stock 05 6MT coupe with no mods. What are the best mods for the buck to get better low end torque? Not looking to go FI right now.

What kind of gains do you get from the MREV2 and 5/16 isothermal spacer, individually or together? Do you need to get a tune after these mods? What happens to gas mileage after these mods?

i might as well take advantage of this thread

i have a dg automatic coupe. just installed 5/16 md plenum spacers last week. everything else ont he car is pretty much stock except for clear corners and rims. im debating to get either a new front bumper or repaint my old stock one ( lots of paint chips) or get a greddy spectrum elite exhaust ( the muffler one with the TI tips). or go all out and get a full body kit. i am at a trade off between looks and power, not limited to only these options.

IMO if the car looks fast it should BE fast... Make it faster first then make it look faster.
