30K service other than infiniti service
I am planning to get the 30K service in a local shop rather than infiniti service who are asking $500 for basic and $1000 for full.
Will that cause any issues with the warranty?

Nope, shouldn't cause any issues with the warranty. Unless you have mods, like intake or exhaust...the dealer will find any reason to void your warranty.
