Report;
I replaced both sensors, had the code "po340".
No need to take off the intake to replace the sensor on the driver side. U just go to the passenger side and stick ur arm in behind the engine. I had to feel my way around, feel/look for a harness with a 10m bolt.
The hardest part for me was taking the freaking harness off!
I disconnected my battery to reset the ecu.
So far I got 20 miles and no cel! Car feels faster and more responsive, but it might be all up in the head.
Its an easy fix if u got the time, and u could save some money.

I have an 06 G35 Sedan and am trying to replace the passenger sensor and they have added a long metal rod that runs vertically behind the hose so that you cannot go directly at the bolt. Does anyone have any idea how to get to the bolt on an 06?! This is driving me insane.

It would have to be one hell of a NEEDLE like 3 inch extension, or a socket that fits directly onto the wrench. That's my last effort without taking the hose out, but I'll have to hunt down a 10mm or 3/8 large open socket or a small fitting wrench to put the socket onto. Damnit. This thread is great info though... maybe add this image and possible issues to it for the 06 G35 sedan. It's as if they did this on purpose to **** us off, lol.

That bolt is hard to get to. I lossen it up with a 3' extension 10mm socket. You have to come in with a slight angle. I also pushed the plastic wire cylinder slightly out of the way with my hand. When the bolt gets loose, just use your fingers to remove the bolt.
I couldnt find a 10mm wrench, so I used the extension w/ 10mm socket. But if you have a 10mm wrench, try using it. It should be much easier and might reach.
Good luck on trying to remove the green harness thats connected to the sensor. Had alot of problem trying to remove the harness.
