75,000 mile maintenance, any advice?

Hello,

I just hit 75,000 miles on my 04 6MT coupe and wondering what you recommend in terms of maintenance, part replacements, or any thing else to look for at this mileage. It's completely stock...KN air filter at most.

The drive is starting to feel a bit bumpy so I'm thinking of maybe replacing shocks...

What do you guys advise? Thanks for your input!

If it's not broken, don't fix it.

Did you drive your G for 75k?

In the same situation. All I have done is new trans fluid, diff fluid, timing belt and I think that's it.

You did a timing belt? On a VQ35DE motor? That would be quite difficult since we have a chain that will outlast the motor and doesn't need to be changed...

OP

Here's a list of what should be done.

Spark Plug Change (manual recommends at 105k but you'll be lucky if the spark plug seals dont fail before them, if they havent already)
Transmission Drain and Fill
Rear Diff Drain and Fill
Coolant Drain and Fill

Compression Rod Bushings could be contributing to a less than stellar ride comfort so get those checked as well as the shocks/struts

i have a 04 MT coupe at 120xxx miles, owned it for 3 years now since 50xxx

kept up on oil changes and belts
about to do trans & diff fluids and spark plugs
coolant is good

but my tensioner pulley on the drivers side is squeaking, not all the time but often in and out. the bearing is messed up so i need to replace it

suspension feels fine
all i have is tien h-tech springs, put them on around 65xxx miles

other than that its just as fun as the day i bought it
