Engine shuts off

Now I heard about this before and done reading on it. Engine shutting off while driving, but starts right up again after taking key out. If all three sensors have been replaced what else could it be? I am using the wrong key that might not be programmed right. Could that do it? I could do all labor if I need to replace something I just hope it won't cost me too much. Any information would help thanks guys.

^also throttle body cleaning. Carbon builds up on the hinges of our TB butterfly and can cause it to stall out. Mine was doing that when I first go it. Cleaned the TB hinges and hasn't happened for about 3 yrs.
