Gap between fender and bumper normal?

Hey guys have a 04 coupe and recently swapped the headlights with the 06 projectors. The shop that did the install for me had to remove my bumper in order to do the swap.

Once everything was put back together I now notice a tiny gap between the fender and bumper. I never really paid attention to see if it was flush prior to the install so can you guys tell me if this is gap is normal or whether it should be flush with no gap?

Here's a photo of the driver side gap.

It supposed to be flush with no gap. Check to see if theres two screws holding that section together by the fender liner. Maybe one fell off or got loose on your way back from the shop.
