Steering affected for right turns

I have a 2004 coupe 168k on it.

The car has had issues with right turns by not being able to make the same turn radius as the left turns. I have had the issue since I got it 200 miles ago. Now when I turn right a loud noise sounding like something is rubbing I don't want to call it a whine but I'm not sure how to describe it other then rubber or metal rubbing. Once again left turns seem to be fine. Any degree of right turn has had issues.

Please help if you have any input

Look at the front suspension. The right probably had a bad bushing.
