Low RPM During Idle After 5/16 Spacer Install

After installing my 5/16 motordyne spacer l the RPM seem to be lower during idle. There are no audible leaks and all the hoses are very snug. The car does seems to be more responsive when driving but the idle is so low that you can't even hear hardly hear the car.

A/C was off but turned on it would go up by just a bit and the motor was warm. I do not remember it being this low before I installed the spacer since it was much much louder

You can try the idle relearn, but that's about where mine is too (600-650rpm). Did you touch the butterfly on the TB when you installed it?

Edit: I now see yours looks like about 550..? That is a bit low. I'd try to do the idle relearn and then give it 200 miles to relearn everything.

I now just remember as I was trying to put the intake back on I did slip and hit the outside of the throttle body a couple of times. Other than that I didn't touch it. Yea, I think I'm going to give it a week or so to see if it improves then I'll restart the ecu

Did you check all of your vacuum hoses? Also did you disconnect the negative battery cable during this install?

Yup checked them all, they were all snug. Yea removing the negative cable was the first thing I did. Wasn't too happy about my radio presets being reset but it was worth it. Idle when engine is cold seems normal though going to wait a bit then do a throttle relearn
