Spacer + MREV2

Hey guys!

First off, I'd like to say I do realize this has been talked about more than enough times.. But being stupid with cars like myself, and getting mixed results from each forum I'd like to get fresh up to date opinions so thanks ahead of time!

Basically, I'm wondering if the MREV2 + Motordyne spacer are worth it for a 2006 G35 Coupe Automatic.. Or should I just get the spacer?

Also, I was wondering what spacer between Basic, Iso and Copper. I'm guessing the more expensive (copper) is much better but again I'm kinda clueless in this area so any help is awesome!

Again, thanks so much! I know this topic can be repetitive I just want to be sure before a big purchase.

ps! If the MREV2 turns out to be useless, should I just go with a Y pipe?!

I got mine used for about $175 with the spacer (5/16"), IMHO it's the best "bolt on" bang for the buck on a "Rev-Up" engine PERIOD! No CAI, Headers, grounding kit, will match the HP/TQ figures this thing gives. ONLY a ECU tune (twice the price), even comes close.

Very nice texas! only thing is, I have a 2006 coupe automatic so this is a non-revup right? Which is why I'm afraid mrev isn't worth it :/

Yeah, understand though I wanted to be completely sure before making a purchas3. I've seen plenty of mixed reviews in different threads saying it makes a difference and saying it doesnt.

For yours, spacer only. Maybe the Thermo spacer too.

Thermal spacer is meh, but if it makes you feel better feel free to get one. The gaskets are the important part .

this. the only time ive had an upgrade make the car feel this different was back when i had my Acura RSX and did a hondata tune.

this will blow all other boltons out of the water. (besides nitrous). glad i made the decision to skip a cat back and headers. your car does not have the revup. so you just need the spacer. motordyne is pretty detailed on their descriptions on spacers in the website. checkem out.

It's true if you read enough posts here on Driver someone will tell you the MREV2 is worth bolting on your AT coupe or sedan...it isn't! Motordynes spacer is worth the cost and WHP you get from the install, so are HFCs (high flow cats) and a "Quality" exhaust! Once you get a Osiris tune the results will put a "Forever Smile" on your face...fact!
