Buying used motor or rebuild?

Hey guy i have a question what would be better Since my engine starting burn oil and doing a little knocking sound? Get a used motor for low miles on it or a rebuilt? They told me would be cheaper mount a new motor if i get the motor what website would recommend me to buy from? Thanks

Finding a low mileage motor in a wrecking yard is the least expensive way to go! There's a company in Texas that will put together a motor to your specs depending on your wallet. Check our Marketplace under engines...Gary
