every time i turn on my 2003 g35 coupe i get this strong burnt oil smell and smoke is always coming out the exhaust what could it be?

 

... you are burning oil... you kinda answered your own question. How long have your owned the car? is this a new occurrence? have you checked your oil level to see how much has dropped? have you read any of the threads on this site about oil burning? more than likely you are having oil bypass in the cylinders..

 

I would check for leaks as well.

Check around the valve covers for oil leaks that could be burning off the headers and causing a bad smell to occur.

Smoke coming outside the exhaust, i thought I was burning oil, but it was just condensation in the exhaust being blown out.

 

You think you're burning oil? Pull the dipstick, that will tell you what's going on...f'n rocket science!

car that burns oil will kill it's cats pretty quickly after that you will get burning oil smell out of your exhaust meaning that you cats are shot and you still burning oil.
