Window problem

Hey guys,

I've replaced one of my window motors before; however, I encountered a problem that's alittle different then the previous window motor problem. My windows were working fine yesterday until yesterday night I tried rolling down the passenger window from my drivers side control. The window did not go down so I tried the passenger control and it did not work either but, when I open and close the door the window still goes up and down about half an inch like it should. I did hit some pretty big bumps on the highway that was under construction, is there any chance it could've knocked out a wire or is it just the window motor again?

Void, check to see if your lock for the power window lock is depressed. I have unknowingly locked mine & couldn't get the passenger side to roll down.
