Tire load rating???

Could any body inform me of the load rating per tire for the 03-04 g35 coupe 6mt I've been looking all over and can't seem to find it. And yes I know it's in the door jamb but I took all the stickers off except vin stickers for paint because I thought I would never need it 😫. If some one could post a pic or a reply I'd really appreciate it 😅

Thank you but I was actually looking for the load rating or how much lbs/kgs the manufacturer suggest replacement tires should be able to handle.

You must be the very first member to be concerned about load rating! Unless you and your wife (g/f) weight 600 lbs each it shouldn't be a concern. Passengers tires all have about the same rating until you get into truck tires. Your main concern when buying tires should be the wear rating, that's the UTQG! Contact www.tirerack.com they'll tell you the same thing.

I know right lol. But it's actually because in Hawaii our safety checks if we have aftermarket rims with like 30 series tires (like I do) the inspectors check the load ratings that's actually the reason I wanted to know

That info is not even in the FSM. I searched for it.

Found this info for the two available OE 18" brands on the 2004 coupe. Got it on tirerack.

Michelin Pilot sport
225/45/18 = 1521 lbs
245/45/18 = 1764 lbs

Potenza RE050A
225/45/18 = 1356 lbs
245/45/18 = 1565 lbs

What brand and model tires are you running and what sizes?

Why is it up to you Westsideblu to know the tire rating, shouldn't your Hawaiian inspectors know where to find that information? Like two of us have posted the tire rack will have that information. I'd play hell trying to give any information to our CA inspectors about anything!

I'm running 245/35/20 and 275/30/20 yoko sdrives and the inspectors probably do but if my tires I have right now can't hold the required load then I fail which is the reason why I'm asking. I'd rather know before I go and waste money either failing an inspection or buying stock tires.

From tirerack....

245/35/20 = 1323 lbs
275/30/20 = 1609 lbs.

Compared to the OEM tires

Michelin Pilot sport
225/45/18 = 1521 lbs
245/45/18 = 1764 lbs

Potenza RE050A
225/45/18 = 1356 lbs
245/45/18 = 1565 lbs

I'd just print out the page from Tirerack on the Potenza's and present that along with the page from tirerack with your S-drives and highlight the OEM and your tires sizes and give that to the inspector.
