looking for TP rear diffuser

So I saw this pic of a G and the owner of the g says its a top secret rear diffuser. I cant seem to find it. Does anybody know where I can find it?

Hakkatadeori (or something like that, R1 bunny wing, etc etc etc. This is the look that made Infiniti go with the duck bill on the V36+.

Look at the body marketplace to get one.
