Should I go to a Dealership
Hey i just bought a 2005 g35 coupe i love it but i want to get the car checked before the 31 days are up.
My question is if i should go to certified infiniti dealership because i feel like it would be more trustworthy if i go to the dealer with a problem and it was confirmed by Infiniti.
I was thinking Alta Infiniti in Vaughan anyone have any experience with them?

Yes, go to the dealership.
Just be aware that a diagnostic checkup will cost you. When I bought my 05 and brought it in, it was $150 for the checkup. It was required for mine since I was buying a non-factory extended warranty.
You can also request the maintenance/service records at the dealer, which is free.
Good luck.

As stated, they will charge you for a check.
Be warned, they may recommend plenty of things that aren't really needed as they will scan the computer, see a particular service wasn't done and recommend you do it.
I used to get pinged for air filters, cabin filters, differential services, etc every time my car was at infiniti for a warranty claim. I was doing the maintainence myself but since they had no record of it they would tell me I needed it.

If you're willing to spend the $$$, that's a good plan, get a written report.
Something to think about is that a car that old need some TLC
Belts, hoses, trans fluid, power steering fluid, full brake fluid flush, differential fluid, air filter, cabin filter. Make sure they check the front and rear bushings, and the differential bushings for leaks. Loose tie rod ends and worn out sway bar links. Wheel bearings, a compression check and change the plugs while looking for known oil leaks on the valve covers. And if they haven't been done, most likely the brakes.
You need to do an oil consumption test on your own. Check your oil at every fill up, yes I know it's a PIA, but you need to know the oil use pattern so you NEVER run it below one quart down.
If all that checks good and you do the TLC, it should last another 100K easy.

New car issues, can the dealership help?
Hello so i bought a car on the 17th i got a safety check up with infiniti and they said that the left balljoint needs replacing and there was no way it passed safety like this, the drive belts are also cracked.
My question is that shouldn't this be fixed before i fixed the car? i was assured that everything was okay and he also never informed of the recall on the car which i only found out by going to the infiniti dealership.
He also put old winter tyres on they're in pretty bad shape.
What can i do?

Where did you buy the car from? What type of dealership? What state? What year and mileage on the car?

Not everything is covered, especially if its not a manufacturer warranty. Ask them exactly what is covered by their warranty, in writing if possible.
For example, I have an extended warranty on my G35 for another 3year/100K miles, but it does not cover big things like brakes, suspension, and clutch as those are considered wear items. Also my stereo system and Nav is not covered.
