And if so, pics?

Considering going a darker grey on my Dg coupe. Hoping for some reference pics.

blk is the way to go. color matching it is ugly. if the darker grey is close to black could still look good but id jus go black

I saw a pic on facebook today. It was a DGish sedan with a paint matched grill, and it actually looked pretty damn good. Could probably google image it pretty easily.

Post it pls. I feel like the Dg coupe could look sweet with something lighter than black

I painted mine black chrome. imo it gives the grill the perfect look. not too shiny, not to flat, with nice contrast with the rest of the car.

Usually black and carbon fiber are the only acceptable colors for stock grill. Color match does work with aftermarket grill as well, but just doesn't look good on stock grill.

Don't be this guy.

How'd you do it. Sand the grill or use something like duplicolor black out? I might just do this

Yeah I don't want to color match, the Dg is like a cross between silver and grey. The chrome grill is too light and flat black too dark. was hoping for a color that compliments that light grey look with a darker grey. maybe I'm just being silly lol

Gloss black always looks good on DG.
