Cruise Control
Hey guys n gals, I feel like I am an idiot for posting this but how do you set cruise control on a 2006 G35 Coupe 6-spd Manual transmission. I turn cruise control on and then press the button up to set it but nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong or does is the cruise control malfunctioning?

On my 2003, once you turn the cruise on, the upper toggle button is pushed down to set the speed. Once the speed is set you can in crease the speed by pushing up on the same toggle button and decrease by pushing down while the cruise control remains on. Once you use the brakes, the cruise control will disengage, you can push the upper button up and the cruise control will resume to the last speed selected. To turn the cruise off push on the same button used to turn it on. Hope this helps. Hope this helps.

I can only speak for the 2003 coupe which is what I own, but I would venture to say it is the same than the 2006 posted. Not sure what you mean by clear it.
Toggling down sets the initial speed. Toggling up after the initial setting, increases the speed (Accelerate) and resets that as the new speed selected. Toggling down after the initial time decreases the speed (Coast), and resets that as the new speed selected. If the brakes are applied, cruise control remains armed, but disengages. If you toggle up after braking (Resume), the car will speed up to the last speed selected.

Sorry it took so long to reply, went on a vacation, had to drive from L.A. to Denver with no cruise control... FML.
I know i am operating it correctly and will have to take it in to infiniti to take a look at it.
The light is not blinking which suggests that it isn't malfunctioning, according to past posts.
I read that owners manual like 3 times and my buddy has the same year and model and his works just fine. I'll post what the issue was as soon as i get it back!
