G35 issue when accelerating

For some reason my car jerks and struggles to accelerate as you can see in the video below, and it only happens in 1st gear. It's a 5AT 2004 coupe, could it be the trans? Also, I changed the bank 1 cam sensor not long ago, could that be the problem or electrical maybe?

Thanks for the help and/or suggestions in advance.

Since it only happens in first gear, and the fact its an automatic, it sounds like something wrong in the trans. How many miles are on it? Have you checked trans oil?

62k miles, and nope. I'll check it right now.

Edit: It also ONLY happens in moderate or high throttle, not in light or slow driving.

So only first gear though?? Cause it sounds like engine is losing feul or something, but since it's just 1st gear maybe the trans is putting a load on the engine.
I'm not an expert on automatic trans by any means.

Did you ever fix this problem? I have a 2008 G35x thats acting the same on initial acceleration.

My friend's G had the same problem. He went and had a transmission fluid drain and fill and it seemed to fix the issue. He might have been lucky, but hopefully that's all you need to have done.
