Help deciding the future on my G35

Hey guys!
I was hoping I could get some opinions / guidance. from the forum.

I have a 2003 G35 coupe.
I have had it for about 8 years now. I bought it with about 30,000KM (19,000 Miles) and now it has 105,00KM (65,000 Miles).

Everything is stock on it, and honestly I have not really dropped any money into the car, so it owes me absolutely nothing. I don't drive it in the winter anymore.... not because I hold my car on a pedestal, but because I have a truck... and its just easier.

Over the years it has got some dings here and dings there from doors at shopping malls, me being carless walking past it in the garage etc. Every section of the car has some sort of ding.... nothing bad at all! I'm sure I could get a dentless repair shop to fix them pretty easy..... my worry is the rust that is forming around the wheel wells and at the bottom of the doors.

The time has come to show the old G35 some love and attention. I down want to go out and drop a ton of money on it..... but guys... Im sure many of you are like this here.... I just love this car! There is really no other car out there that I would prefer to have (within my price range of course)... So with winter approaching, I'm thinking of putting the G35 on jack stand in the garage, and giving her some love. I would like to do the work myself if a all realistic.

So the list of things that need to be done:
1) Rotors and breaks.
2) I think suspension. (it's a bit creeky and rough of a ride)
3) Dent repair.
4) Rust repair at bottoms of doors and around wheel wells).

I had it into infiniti last year for a once over and the engine is fine.... and I would assume for a 2003 fairly low milage.

Im fairly handy, so the suspension and breaks etc dont scare me, but do you guys think body work is something to tackle? Or would i be better off to buy new panels, bumper, fenders etc online, then get it painted? I also thought of maybe replacing fenders, doors and then getting it wrapped? Or maybe I could even wrap it myself?

The other G35's in my area are getting about 8,000 to 10,000 used..... so what do you guys think? Would you:
1) Just drive it into the ground.
2) Spend some money and get er back up to shape.
3) Sell it and go on vacation.

Thanks everyone!
Dan

I'd leave bodywork to the professionals; I think that's more like an artwork to get it perfect. Everything else I/have done myself (rotors, calipers, pads, shocks, ball joints, etc...). You can spend a couple of hundred bucks in parts do the important work yourself and save up for the cosmetic work.
