What diff is the best?

I have a 2003 g35 6 speed. I'm currently doing a lot of work and upgrades on the car and came across some stuff saying the 350 diff is better to use? Any inputs?

it's the diff ratio that matters not which car it came out of.
do your research on 3.5, 3.7
You currently have a 3.5, most likely open diff (not sure if 03 had VLSD) option.
You can upgrade to a 3.5 VLSD or 3.7 VLSD

03 6MT Coupe already has a 3.5 VLSD. Open diff was only used in 03 Sedans and 03-04 Coupe Autos generally speaking.
