07 350z auto trans into 05 G35... Will it work?
I know that I may need to flash the TCM, but are there any other issue I could run into where this won't work?

My trans is toasted on the 05 G35.

Yes they are same VQ35 engines. It should work !

From what I read the 07 is a HR motor and the bolt pattern maybe different. So the bell housing will not mate up.
