Is this video a Fuel Pressure Requlator thing?
Hate to bring up an old topic, but I have had the girl (my G) in storage for a few years and am about to breath new life into her and want this stupid tick to go away forever without having a mechanic start a 100 hour (hunt) for what it might be. I've heard timing chain tensioner, I've heard a bent or sticking valve and now I've learned that it could be the fuel pressure regulator, and that we have one on top of the engine and one at the bottom and both or one might need replacing. Please let me know what you guys think, b/c if someone could help me determine as best as they can, it could save me hundreds on labor diag with no real fix, but a tech saying: "Well I spent three hours trying to figure it out and couldn't find the issue" that will be $350 please.
Thanks Guys!

I'm going to say it's going to be almost impossible for us to diagnose exactly what that is from a video. You need someone at the car to help you figure it out. Any G, Infiniti or NIssan car clubs in your area? Do you have any friends that are into cars? There are a lot of other ways to help figure this out than having to pay a mechanic.
Good luck and when you find out what the issue is please post it here for others to learn from.

It sounds like a mechanical noise to me, and I can't see how a pressure regulator would cause that.
It's really hard to tell from a video though if it's bottom or top end. Does it ever go away after the car is warmed up or if you rev it, or does it just constantly vary to match engine RPM's at all RPMs?

Thanks guys,
No it never goes away. It speeds up as you rev - matching the revs. I've listened to more and more timing chain tensioner noise and it doesn't sound like that. Sounds to me and I'm NOT a mechanic to be a valve issue. I'll update once I FINALLY figure this out. Going to send it to a mechanic that I got to know that I believe will not try and @ss rape me to figure it out.
