Rear end clunk

Rear end clunk
Hey guys,
So in my 2006 g35 coupe 6mt I get a clunk/bang in the rear of the car under heavy acceleration. It only happens under load and when shifting into the next gear, or if under load and pushing the clutch in quickly and removing the load quickly, if that makes sense.
It goes like this:
1st gear heavy acceleration --> Push clutch in --> Shift to 2nd --> Let clutch out --> clunk noise.
Now it happens in 1st and 2nd. Haven't gotten it to 3rd when it happens.
Does this sound like a rear differential bushing? I'm thinking its bushing related. The car also has an upgraded clutch. Either a stage 1 or stage 2, not sure since I bought it with it. Would this have anything to do with it due to the increased "bite" of the clutch?
Thanks
