Hey guys need some help figuring out the best way to ship an engine from Arizona to NY. I have checked with standard freight companies like UPS etc but wanted to know if there are any options that may not be as popular that I am not thinking about that other people have used successfully.

 

I used pallet shipping through UPS/FEDEX And it's usually pretty reasonable.

 

Did you just protect and strap the engine down on the pallet or did you have the engine in a crate? I'm worried about shipping through UPS if the engine is not inside a crate.

 

I set it up so they could ship it on a pallet with other things, to save some money. Call a freight rep and they will help you figure it out.
