Our trunk is too small!

The trunk seems so small when you shop at Costco! It barely held a case of bottled water, cereal, and misc boxes of frozen goods. I had to use the toliet paper in the backseat. When i came home to unpack, the damn box of cereal got stuck because the trunk was too low.

Speaking of...

I tried to fit a snowboard in the trunk but no dice. I had to remove the board from bag and then the bindings just to get my board from my house to my friends house. I don't understand why we have such a small trunk. The car has a big *** but no trunk space??? And don't say because we have big wheels or it's a sports car, etc. M3s have a very really reasonable size trunk.

I knew what you meant -- it just sounded funny. It's not that the trunk itself is so small (though it certainly isn't big), but the opening itself is tiny. The fold-down backseat really is a lifesaver sometimes. If you can get something through the door, it'll probably fit in the back.

I also have problems with the trunk space. It is my only car and I don't need a lot of space at all since I live alone, but when I go grocery shopping occasionally(I'm lazy so I only go grocery shopping once or maybe twice a month ), The trunk space pisses me off... haha. I just don't get why the height/depth is so little... I wouldn't have had any problems if the trunk was 10 centimeters deeper. arrrgggg. I have gotten used to using backseat for large items.

Yes, for some . . . The G coupe's trunk space can pose to be a major issue, if one does not have another car.

HAHA. i know exactly what you mean, everytime i go to costco and get some cases of water and other stuff, i have to put the water in the passenger side floor. so sad. Anytime i get anything big, i drive my fiance's mini. The car is like half the size, but the trunk space is twice as big.
