Lease Deal - CT

I just leased:

G35x
Premium
36 mos
10k miles/year

$424 + 6% tax/month
$1,400 up-front (including 1st mos lease pmt).

What do you think of this deal?

i got G35 sport premium, 15k year, $1500 down, $475 including tax. 24 months.

so you almost paid 20 grand to rent a car for a year. as opposed adding another 20 cash and its its yours. i dont really understand the point of a leased car. but some people see thats its worth it.

I like a new car every 3 years without having the concern/hassle of selling a used car. Was really looking for comments on the specific lease deal though.

Let me clear this up for you,since your math skills are lacking.

$470/month x 24 months = 11,280 + 1500 down =
grand total $12,780, 2 years, 15,000 miles/year.

424 x .06 = 25.44

25.44 + 424 = 449.44

449.44 x 36 = 16179.84

16179.87 + 1400 = 17579.84

17579.84 > 12780
