Don't know what you mean by mirror tint, but there is a silver tint. If you're talking about that gaudy looking stuff that doesn't even allow some to look into the car then I can't help. The kind I have is very similar to the privacy glass look on Lexus SUV's. Maybe it would be more mirror looking if I could get a more reflective film, but there are laws.

As a tint shop owner for 12 years, but a new Infiniti owner...FINALLY a question i can answer, lol.
The tint you are looking for is a 20% "neutral" or "fully metallic" film. This film is very illegal, in all states, with no exceptions. Enforcement, however, is subjective. A 35% neutral or "silver" film is legal in many states, but will not give you the "mirror" look. You can see right through the film, but the 20 is perfect.
