How much money did you put into your car?

I was just curious how much money do people put into their cars?


I personally put in about $2,000, i dont want to keep going because i want to get a 6 spd and go all out on that.

MREV2 + Iso Thermal Spacer: $700
Top Speed Exhaust (used): $470
DC Headers: $415


About $1800... Only things not on the car yet are the headers and exhaust... Still waiting on the 8" extension piece the seller forgot to send me.

probably close to or a little over 4,000... including body kit, rims, tires, intake.. etc... now im kicking back enjoying the finished product

no one really likes to keep track of how much they've spent on mods...because at the end of it all, when you add up all the numbers, it makes no financial sense to mod your car.

i've easily spent the price of a second G35 Coupe with all the packages + tt&l

One month strong with my G, and already suffering from the disease "nonstop modding"!!! lol. Started modding even before making first monthly payment LOL, which is really stupid of me. Nice thread, makes me rethink some things honestly.

if you count all the wheels and engine parts i keep swapping over $10,000 already in 1 year. it's a bug but i've been like that since i started driving

When I think of all the mods I have I just have to shake my head. The small mods are not too bad but when you start with wheels, an exhaust, and audio setup the money just adds up. For the guys with FI forget about it.

kesh you should go FI... it'll be nice to have another sedan around and you got AWD traction
