i highly doubt anyone has taken the head off before and after a seafoam to confirm anything.

measuring by dyno, MPG or how much white smoke doesn't mean much.

too many varibles come into play. a lot of techs at dealerships believe in the BG induction and i am one of them. but it must be done right. BG 3 part system. one can in the fuel tank which is the 44k, one can gets pressurized sprayed into your throttle body at 3k RPM to attempt to clean up build up and the last can is put directly into your fuel rail thru a pressurized system and the car is ran SOLELY off the BG stuff untill it dies out, fuel pump is disable.

The combo of all 3 SHOULD have a good impact on cars, my maxima before i worked at the dealership was getting 22mpg roughly and after 1 year of monthly treatments ( it should be yearly but i have access to it so why not) i pulled off a 24 mpg, but like i was saying MPG isn't a way to measure it but i've heard plenty of good things from customers. Some were made up and some MIGHT have truth behind it but all loved what it did to the car.

Now i'm no longer with the dealership so i might look into seafoam and lucas.

thats new to me. normally people run seafoam in the same style, 1/3 can in oil 1/3 can in fuel tank and 1/3 in the vac line by booster.

BG i would believe is a stronger more concentrated mixture compared to seafoam but again thats MY personal belief.

Most people stick to what they do because nothing negative has come from it therefore they believe its working. If someone uses seafoam and puts too much thru the booster and hydro-locks their car i bet they wont believe in any fuel system stuff anymore...

sorry to revive, but i used a bottle of lucas today and i think i either felt something or maybe driving hard relearned my ecu, but i felt an increase in the pull... i only used half the bottle on about 8 gallons in the tank since the full bottle does 25 gallons.
