I've been looking forever to try and find an authentic NISMO G35 sedan front-end. It's next to impossible.

If a replica will have to do, would anyone mind sharing their experiences with the VIS Nismo Replica? The standard is fiberglass, but I've talked to people at conceptzperformance.com that say they can get poly-urethane made.



Anyone do the install themselves? Quality good? Does it replicate the OEM Nismo pretty well?

We can get the VIS One.. It comes with a ton of goodies... Fins, License Plate Covers, etc.. So as far as it being a Replica NISMO Sedan front it's probably the most spot on replica.

However, it'll take some sanding and reglassing for perfect fitment =( If your bodyshop is experienced in dealing with fiberglass and is able to lay fiberglass of their own then yes I'd suggest this =) You wont be disappointed for the low price compared to the authentic NISMO (if you can find one).

Another alternative is the Poly Urethane NISMO front Bumper.. However this version does NOT have the license plate cover..

You can still have a front plate but you'll need to use your OEM front plate cover.



Third option that's simliar to NISMO but not really is the HikkataDori Front Bumper which is also available in Poly Urethane

I have dealt with all the bumpers except the hd bumper. I have fitted them personally. If the hd bumper is similar quality to their decklids and hoods stay away. The vis replica Fg fits pretty well and comes with everything except front plate cover but you will need nismo plate cover. Non nismo won't fit. The poly nismo rep that strafe had made is just as good. Comes with everything and has the plate deleted. I perSonally have the Fg rep. Mine is a lil snug because of my interfoolers. If you gave an 05-06 you only option is the poly that baus. It's fitment is so so. Comes covered in mold release agent and is a bit wavy. Doesn't come with the ducts so that's extra. Anything else just ask

 

Quality on the HD bumper is nothing like their trunks and hoods (which is pretty thin).

 

Look in the market place under for sale by vendor. There are two vendors here that make them in fg and pu. I personally like the pu over the fg ones. I have messed up too many fg bumpers to to ever get another one. Good luck
