Radiator cooling fan assembly
i just replaced my cooling fan assembly and tested everything out.
My passenger side fan is working, but after warming up the car and running ac and driving car around, the driver side fan doesnt come on. Does it come on only if its very hot or is it supposed to stay on all the time? My car is not overheating at all. Drove and pushed it hard for 20 minutes.
here is what i bot. matches OEM perfectly and saved $400

Why did you replace the fan assembly to begin with? Was it for the same problem? To troubleshoot this system you have to know how to use a volt/ohm meter, do you know how to do that and do you own a meter?
The motors (both) will kick on under two conditions, when the air conditioning system is turned on and when the engine reaches high temperature. The electrical circuit diagram for this system is found in the service manual section EC. There are two 40A fuses used in this system, the three relays in this system are located in the Intelligent Power Distribution Module Engine Room (IPDM E/R).
