brake problems

hi,
i have a 2004 G35x, i just change all four rotors and brake pads. but i'm still hearing a loud grinding / rubbing noise when i press on the brakes. not sure what the problem is, any help would be appreciate.

u didn't give us anything to help with.

take it the pros for this one.

Any of us would be randomly guessing at this point.

I had a rubbing sound that turned out to be my heat shield rubbing on my rotor. I used a screwdriver to push it back. The metal is fairly thin and bends easily.

Also, I would check wheel bearings.

With a lack of more info and not being able to see the car, it shouldn't be the heat shields because he's hearing it when he steps on the brakes. A bent shield would create a nasty screech/grind, but that would be pretty constant. Wheel bearings don't always make a grind, but who knows. Stranger things have happened.

I'd have to agree. We are pretty much going to guess. You are going to need someone who can actually look at the car evaluate
