2009: 5

2008: 36

2007 sedan: 64

All are better than average except the 2007 sedan, which are about average.

We have two additional statistics, "Nada-odds" and "Lemon-odds," to indicate the percentage of cars with no repairs in the past year and those that required 3+ trips to the repair shop.

The percentage with no repairs is about 68 for the 2007 sedan and 71 for the 2008, while the percentage of lemons is about 3 for the 2007 and less than one for the 2008. These stats require more data, so we don't yet have them for other model years.

Recently passed the 1,000 owner mark with the G. Thanks, guys. Of course, more is always better, so no need to stop at the current 1,011...

 

Quick question. Are the results grouped by submodel/package? (I.E. G35S, G35x, etc...) The only reason I ask is that I have always wondered how reliable is the G35x , or the S for that matter, compared to a base or Journey model.

 

I would split the AWDs if there was evidence that this was necessary, and do this for some other models, but the last time I checked drivetrain problems were rare with the G.

 

Yeah don't hear much if any issue with the X. Pretty damn reliable system. Better be Nissan been using it for decades.
