That is beyond sanding.
You should get the 08 M45s shift **** instead. Then you won't have to worry about your ring casing damage. It's nicer than the G35 **** anyway.

Just to verify, the entire door panel has to be removed just to remove the aluminum washi trim strip?

I was hopeful it was attached with clips and could be removed from the front without having to pull the entire door panel off to access the trim from the back...

Is there a thread on here that shows how to remove the washi aluminum, I know someone in this thread said there was, but I failed to find it in a search...

Just a thought. How about thinking outside of the box and taking this add a reason to vinyl wrap those interior pieces?

Because I suck at decals, my 3yr old daughter would agree since all her decals for her toys that I put together either have air bubbles or are not level. lol
