It had better be remarkable to keep my interest.
I've been drooling over the new M56 lately. They come out with a coupe/coupe convertible and I'll sell a kidney to have one.

Infiniti has done nothing but impress me ever since their g35 lines started. I expect a lot from any of theyre new cars and so far they've really done a good job. Now, i feel the g35coupe looks better than the g37coupe but thats not to say they aren't both dead sexy.

AesonVirus: the new m makes me happy in private places.

Lighter weight, more torque, nicer sound system(or easier to modify) and sweeter sounding engine(less truck like). That's what i want under the new G.

Side note: Test drove the M56 and man "that mother can fly". If only someone would die and leave me 70k

I guess I'm the minority in my dislike for the look of the M37/56. I had my G serviced a week ago and spent a good 20 minutes analyzing the new M, and I was underwhelmed. Yes the interior is attractive, and yes the V8 on that puppy roars, but the exterior just doesn't wow me. Not to mention spending $70K on an Infiniti has to be one of the dumbest ideas yet. I just don’t see anyone forking over that kind of money for an Infiniti when you can get the new E-Class or the BMW F10 which both blow the M out of the water in damn near every category.

With that said, I am interested to see what a M37 coupe would look like, but that still wouldn’t sway me to unload my bank account.

As for the new G, they have stiff competition in 2012 seeing as that’s when BMW unveils the new 3-Series (F30). And for goodness sakes, someone inform Infiniti that it’ll be in their best interest to introduce a V8 G.

I am also not sold on the new M; to me, it exterior is cross between the FX and the G. Although I am interested in the next-gen G, I would like my next car to have a diesel engine without German reliability problems attached. Diesel G, and I am sold

I am a big E class fan, but to say it blows the M out of the water is hardly the truth. The new M has come a LONG ways, and even though the E class is a very nice car as well, i see them being very close competitors.

I dont like the new 5 series as much as the previous model..
