Regular fuse vs low profile fuse.

Regular fuse vs low profile fuse.
I just replaced my fuses for my cigar lighter and power outlet.
I didn't realize that i needed the low profile fuses but after putting in the regular ones they work fine, they just stick out a bit.
It this going to be an issue?
Side question, i read that you shouldn't put anything in the cigar outlet that draws too much power because it will blow. Will a iphone 5 charger be an issue?
thanks

A regular fuse will work just fine, I had to use a regular one to be able to use my hard wired radar detector. You should not have any issues.
As far as the cigar outlet I have a 3.1 amp 2 port usb charger for my galaxy s4 and my gf iphone 5 and have not had any problems. Hope this helps

there are 2 power outlets.
One is this
and the 2nd one is under the arm rest.
I'm assuming the first one is the one not working. When you push in the lighter does it heat it up? I have seen peoples lights work and not be able to use the outlet for anything els because there was a grounding issue.
If you push in your lighter and it doesn't heat up check your fuses.

Is the turquoise blue fuse blown?
It should have a bit of brown on it if it is, like this:
Btw you need to buy a new fuse to replace it with not just pull it out and put it back in if it is blown.
