Can I do this by myself? Where can I go to do this? And how much do you think they will charge?

Any tire shop with the Tech 400 SD scanner can program the sensor and relearn/reset the light for you. New OEM sensors usually don't need to be programmed but has to be relearned to the vehicle. You can do this yourself if you purchase the $1300.00 scanner
