New member here!

Hello G family,
Just wanted to introduce myself, I recently bought an 08 G35S and have started to make it my own. I was lucky to find a one owner 55k car that was immaculate for an awesome price. KW V3's and SPL suspension goodies will be coming next month

Y'all can flame me all you want for my fake wheels too, doesn't bother me

Nice ride mang..! Id look into some new wheels for sure unless your going to track it, but I highly doubt that's the case. That ride has some potential as long you don't let your inner ricer free.

I like the wheels, they are staying. I got all my inner ricer out on my SR S13 I actually do plan on doing some track days and possibly a few drift events once the car is set up better, already got some carbotech pads and SS brake lines on the way. I'm planning on painting the inside of the headlights black as well as the grill and rear emblems, just need to find the time to pull the front bumper off.

Well good for you sir.. Sounds like you got a plan there. You should just debadge the rear instead, it'll make it look wider and way cleaner than painting the emblems. That blacked out look is so boring. You should wrap the trim around the doors also, that'd be where it's at. Is that beast you got a 6mt then..? I'd hope so if you plan on doing those events...

Yes sir 6mt. I was thinking about debadging everything except for the infiniti badge, but might just take them all off. I like the way you think! I was also thinking about wrapping the window trim as well as the chrome lip on the trunk, maybe even do the roof black as well, we shall see. I also noticed that with a square setup it doesn't understeer nearly as bad as the stock staggered setup, and the 19's with bridgestone pole positions handle better and ride smoother than the crappy firestones that were on it.

Nice..... Yeah what your thinking with that paint job should work out. I'd just for sure start hunting for some quality made wheels and you'll be ledgit... Digging that 6mt action, trying to find one like yours for my daily.... I'd wrap or paint those rear view mirrors also, I think that paint job would be pretty nice with all those plans. I just got me 4 new Bridgestone potenza pole positions and I'am pleased with them.

My original plan was to find 4 front 370z nismo wheels, but I searched for a month solid and could not find any for sale for close to a decent price, so I caved and bought the varrstoens, they aren't that bad, at least they arent XXR's or Rotas! . Eventually I'll get a proper set of wheels (probably RPF1's or something else nice and light) when the budget allows after suspension stuff is done.

Ha ha. Gets even better bro. That's exactly what I was thinking.. But I think a 10.5 square set up would be baad.. There was a set not too long ago on here for sale I almost bought, but backed out. I know a guy who has a 370z nismo, I'll let you know if he decides to get rid of them...
