All the previous members advice was good, you didn't post how many miles you have on your '07 sedan. If you're mileage is over 60K I suggest changing plugs and all fluids/filters, tire pressure should be at 37 psi which won't cause excessive tire wear. And, use your cruise control when ever possible...Gary

Tire pressure is actually recommended at 33psi in my door jamb.

Must be 17" wheels, try 35 psi since Nissan recommends 33 psi...Gary

clean your TB and MAF this gave me a big help also helped with my idle problem, do all regular maintenance.
