Anti-seize on spark plug threading?

I plan on replacing my spark plugs this or next weekend and have been doing a good amount of research thanks to the couple of DIYs I found on here. However, I can't seem to be able to find the answer on whether or not to use Anti-seize on the spark plugs. Some say to use it, other say it messes up the proper torque setting (11-18 lb ft). What do you guys think? Any other tips?

I plan on installing all 6 Denso FXE22HR11 Iridium long-life spark plugs.

It was designed to go on spark plugs, so it would make a great addition.

I don't think you use anti-seize on NGK, but I'd check the instructions.

NGK you don't use anti seize on. They actually released a bulletin out on this.

Anti-seize compounds are composed of metallic, electrically conductive ingredients. If anti seize compounds come in contact with the core nose of the plugs, it can lead to a misfire condition.

Very interesting guys. I've been strongly considering NGK (#1406 DILKAR7B11) over Denso, but does anyone know if Denso plugs need anti seize? Should I call Denso?

see below from the Denso site.

Torque recommendations are for spark plugs with new gaskets.
If using anti-seize compound, use sparingly and reduce torque by 30%.
Denso has created their recommendations based on the general consensus of most engine manufactures. In the case of a discrepancy between the plug manufacturer and engine manufacturers recommendations, always default to the engine manufacturer.
