Idle speed too fast for V36 engine, how to solve it?

After washed the throttle body, the idle speed changed to 1500 r/m, I reset the idle speed with yutube teaching. But it can be solved, still keep 1500 r/m. And I went to Auto repair store to reset the idle speed with computer, but still same result. I don't know why it will happen, just washed the throttle body, but throttle body was taken from engine to wash.
I doubt maybe the throttle body stepper control motor issue, or accelerator padel sesor issue, please help to give some suggestion, thanks.

Keep doing the relearn
You'll know when you get it 100% when the rpms drop

If they aren't dropping you aren't doing it right
And for Christs sake stop washing your throttle body
