Premier Membership Problem

Hey Mods. Two years in a row now, I've had a problem with my membership and charges. My AMEX was charged on March 25th for 29.99 and my membership didn't renew. Any thoughts? Please let me know. Thanks.

Gave up on mine years ago. Didn't see the benefit other than the **** in the AG section. I didn't need to PAY money for mods to tell me how/what I can post.
