So looking at the back of my car the driver wheel looks like its about a quarter inch passed the fender and my passenger side is even with the fender.now here is the weird part I just found a quarter inch spacer on the passenger side?!?! So it looks like my whole rear is off by almost an inch is there a why I can adjust that or am I screwed???

 

Take pictures, could easily be your suspension that's off.
