Cruise control not working

Grab the file called "acs.pdf" from here:
http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/G35/Coupe/2005/
That should help you track down what's happening. Check all the fuses 1st. If your coupe is a manual, check the "cancel" switch on the clutch and / or brake pedals... (Easiest test is to pull the pedal towards you with your toe and try to engage the cruise - if it works then you know that pedal OR that switch needs adjusting).

Opps, sorry, the acs file I pointed you to above is exactly 2 pages long and simply refers you to the "ec.pdf", "engine control" file. There is more detailed info in that file about your cruise control referred to as ACSD or Automatic Speed Control Device (gotta love that). So that's the pdf you should get. Again, it should be here:

Wiring diagram starts on page 657 of that book. There are several fuses involved but I believe the cruise is controlled by our main black box, the ECM. If nothing else has failed on your car I would first look at those clutch and brake switches as the likely troublemakers. Are your brake lights working?
