WorkOut high carb energy bars

Hey guys,
Those of you that are athletics and work out at gyms and stuff, i need to know whats the best weight gaining energy bars. I signed up at island gym a about 8 days ago and been going an hour everyday so far. I get gatorade everytime i go and know looking into a high energy bar that would get my stomach off my mind (hunger).
I need something that will help me gain weight
something that is high in carbs and fills my stomach when i miss a meal.
I was recommended to the Balance Gold bars.
its got 210 calories but only 22g of carbohydrate.

What do you guys recommend??

For gaining weight you want lots of protein, not carbs. Carbs are more useful if you are doing endurance training, like Cross Country.

you dont really want to miss a meal, when u wanna get big your supposed to eat and eat and eat. it was suggested to me by a trainer that since i worked out more towards the evening before dinner, after the gym have a shake and any type of protein bar and then wait an hour then eat my dinner and follow my rest of day

I don't miss meals on purpose but im full time student.
I rise early 7am and school till 830pm. i only able to eat at noon and during the evening, when i get home i eat, then at night around 10pm i go to gym and work out sometime for an hour or sometime only half an hour. I need a protein bar that can be eaten in the morning on my commute to school and during night workout. i got what u call a high metabolism.

whats a good protein bar?

well personally the metrex ones are alright except they are crazy in sugar whic makes it taste good and 27g of protein is nice, also ive been told the Detour protein bars are good except get the ones low in sugar whihc will prevent breakouts.
