Theres no "real" quick way to get big...the only thing I would say is eat, eat and eat some more... Eat anywhere from 5-15 eggwhites throughout the day. You're protein intake is going to have to increase as well as the calories not to mention working out... So save your money on supplements...eat more calories than you burn throughout one day... |

...also if you absolutly cant eat alot throughout the day, do as i do and buy protien powder and a carb loader and take that
1 shake=100+carb, 50g protein, like 600+ calories i was drinking 3 of those a day and about 3500-4000 calories total and if you dont care and want to get bigger a lil faster.....dont do cardio lol

Skip creatine, it's trash. While you're at it, pick up a bag of protein powder and a multivitamin, and skip everything else that GNC tries to sell you.
I've been lifting for six years and tried all the popular supplements (except steroids, I'm not stupid enough to do that), and my personal experience is that any supplement you take aside from protein and a vitamin is going to give you artificial gains that your body is not ready for. Aside from any unknown long term side effects, the fact is that supplements are a quick way to get big without putting in the work, but your body will also not maintain itself without continuous use of said supplements. If you take an extended break from the gym or stop taking the supplements, you're going to lose your build at an exponentially faster rate than someone that worked hard and took the time to build themselves up. For the past five years I've used only whey protein and a vitamin, and earlier this year I hurt my wrist and was out of the gym for nearly a month, and guess what, when I got back in I didn't lose any strength. Try doing that when you're using creatine... My advice is to just do it the old fashioned way; increase protein consumption, eat clean foods, and schedule a regular workout regimen. It'll take a long *** time to get big, but your gains will stay and you're generally going to be stronger. |

dont forget to mix your workout up every few weeks. Shock the muscle, and rest is very important. that is when your muscle grows, not when your lifting.
Protien is the best without going the Baseball way. Also look into doing supersets every once in a while, it will shock your muscle fibers and give you depth in yur muscle. You have two types of muscle fast and slow twitch, you have to work both in order to look right. Big tip--- Triceps are bigger than your biceps, therefore, make sure you work them harder, also flies are the best for your chest, do flies and dumbell presses (incline and flat) Barbell presses hit more front shoulder and triceps. Flex your muscles to really feel how they are designed to work, that will keep you away from exercises that are redundent. If you want bulk first do power moves, squats, deadlifts, presses (chest, shoulders) and cleans (if you are taught them correctly) Good luck
