What's a good protein brand?
I used to be a gym rat and I would take all the goods. Protein, Creatine, multivitamins, flaxseed oil, etc.. That was two yrs ago and now I can't remember much of that stuff. Someone give me a reliable protein brand. I think that's all I'm going to use for a cut diet, along with multi vitamin.

isopure mass is what i use as well as the isopure low carb they are really good, but the choc. has to be blended with some peanut butter as well as a bannana and it tastes perfect. also musclemilk like every one suggests. i dont think i know anyone who hasnt tried/used muscle milk at my gym

Im gonna have to go with Basheer on this one....100% Optimum Whey Protein works really well....approx. 23g per serving and if you dbl it up.....well you get it. You can get it in a 10lb bag too which is quite reasonably priced...find all you supplements at BodyBuilding.com

4Ever Fit Fruitblast the Isolate, Syntrax Nectar Isolate, IronTek casein/whey, Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey. You have to remember, brands make a difference. Just like how people choose generic car parts instead of originals. If you are trying to gain and also accumulate fat, Muscle Milk, or EAS is the way to go.
